Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using prospeir.com or Steward by Prospeir (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Prospeir ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Description of Services
prospeir.com: Free public tools including the Kingdom Finance Score, tithe impact calculator, AI budget tools, and educational financial content.
Steward by Prospeir: A household wealth management dashboard at steward.prospeir.com, and the single Prospeir membership login. Available on three tiers: Free (no bank sync), Base ($59/yr), and Premium ($99/yr, also marketed as the Prospeir Membership).
Accounts and Passwords
Access to Steward is protected by an email and password you create. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form. If you forget it, you can set a new one through a reset link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
You may not share your account credentials with others or use the Services on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans (Base and Premium) are billed annually through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in Steward. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not issue refunds for the current billing period already paid.
We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Not Financial Advice
Prospeir is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or tax professional. Nothing on this site or within the Services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, tools, calculators, and plans are for educational and informational purposes only.
Every financial situation is different. Before making significant financial decisions, consult a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney qualified in your state. Your use of the Services does not create any professional relationship between you and Prospeir.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Services
• Use the Services to compete with or replicate Prospeir commercially
• Introduce malware, automated scripts, or any code intended to disrupt the Services
Intellectual Property
All content on prospeir.com, including text, graphics, brand marks, tools, and code, is owned by Prospeir and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.
Your personal financial data belongs to you. You may export it at any time from the Settings page in Steward.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Financial calculations are based on the data you enter and should be verified independently before acting on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prospeir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
